Their disregard of the drop in IgM with the thought they are mostly present in tissues is errant and proves the lack of sensibility of this study. IgM is very much predominantly in the blood and lymph, only minimally presenting in other tissues. As a first responder to pathogens, without good levels of it, responses to various pathogens will be delayed and will not robustly engage immunity. It is exactly what I'm seeing in the mRNA vaxxed community, which mirrors what I've seen in the mast cell community I've worked with over the past decade. Those with mast cell issues often experience t cell exhaustion after mast cell issues have been activated for months or years. They also suffer from other derangements of immunity, including cancers tending to proliferate eventually. I've wondered if IgG4 might be a cause of that. I suspect IgG4 may have bigger implications in lowering IgM than is being recognized or discussed and may occur in more diseases and disorders than just post mRNA vax dysregulations. IgG4 has been shown in research to lower IgM.

Interesting news. I have been having my IGg4 tested via bloodwork. Was not sure what the ratio should be. However, it appears here among comments is that these are a result of Covid vaccine or other vaccines. I’ve had Covid, but never any vaccine. So it’s important we understand too many (IGg4) vs “just right” or “normal”. Folks, I never had a Covid shot, but have a continuing level of IGg4 in blood. Health is fine so far.
